ABOUT
Bow Foodbank is a local Tower Hamlets charity that has operated in Bow and Bethnal Green for 12 years. We provide emergency food support to those who are in crisis due to financial difficulties. We allow up to 12 visits per person. Clients are asked to complete a simple registration at their first visit.
We aim to offer food to our neighbours in crisis in a friendly and hospitable way, there is no need for a referral to receive food from us.

- Tuesdays 12:30 pm to 4 pm (Order by 1 pm Sunday)
- Fridays 8 am to 12 pm (Order by 9 pm Wednesday)

- Thursdays 10 am to 1 pm
Open session – Non Tower Hamlets Residents welcome:
- Wednesdays 2 pm to 7 pm
