An independent foodbank serving the local community
Thanks to all who have supported Bow Foodbank in so many ways during the COVID 19 crisis and especially the hard-working volunteers who have enabled us to continue offering food support on Mondays and to develop a home delivery service to meet the special demands of the lockdown period.
Though the home delivery services have ended, the regular Bow Foodbank sessions still take place on Mondays from 08:30 am to 12:30 pm, including bank holidays. If you were receiving a delivery at home during the lockdown, you are welcome to continue collecting food bags in person or to send someone to collect for you at our new location in the Bromley-By-Bow Centre. You will not need to bring any paperwork or to have a referral. Please get in touch with us to discuss these changes, especially if you may have difficulty with a move to using our Monday service. |Bow Foodbank is now relocated to the Bromley-by-Bow Community Centre, St Leonard’s Street, E3 3BT. Entrance through the park on St.Leonards Street.|
The Bromley-by-Bow Centre is a 5 minute walk from Our Lady and St Catherine’s Church. It is close to Bromley-by-Bow tube station and Bow Church DLR station. The D8 and 488 bus also stop outside the BBBC.
